Workforce Management

Manpower planning and management, the main benefit of which is the optimization of employee productivity and efficient use of resources.

Automatic Workflow Scheduling

Workforce management is a system that is used to schedule tasks from other TSM modules or from external systems. The usual sources of tasks are "Ticketing" and "Service provisioning", but small companies can schedule tasks from the modules "Ordering" or "CRM"

Individual tasks (tasks) define the approximate time and location of task implementation. During task processing, the "WFM" module detects other needs for task implementation, e.g. required skills of assigned workers or the order in which individual tasks will be implemented.

Individual tasks are implemented by work resources - a technician, a group of technicians or a supplier company. The "WFM" module manages individual work resources and plans the implementation of the required tasks.

“Planner” = your new employee

Tasks are scheduled in the "Scheduler" component, which is an optimization module that ensures compliance with mandatory requirements and minimizes work costs. Optimization criteria are of course configurable.

If it is necessary to arrange a meeting with the customer, the "Planner" module offers a list of possible implementation dates. The data is displayed either in the calendar (arrangement of a meeting using the "WFM" module) or sent to another system (arrangement of a date by a partner). Customer subsequently chooses (reserves) one of the dates. The date can be changed or cancelled.

The data processed by the “WFM” module serves as a basis for reporting, statistics and evaluation. Based on these outputs, it is possible to take measures to improve planning.

01

Dispatcher

Scheduling issues are handled by dispatchers. Usually it is enough to modify the scheduler conditions, but the dispatcher has the ability to directly schedule a specific task for a specific time and for a specific work resource.

02

Mobile Application

Planned tasks are displayed to the technician in the mobile application. Tasks are displayed by individual days, and the task detail shows the required date and place of task implementation, a detailed description of the task, including a checklist and necessary materials. Subsequently, the technician can view a map and launch the navigation of his choice.

03

Technician

The technician can communicate with the dispatcher, call functions of external systems (especially "network inventory") and document his work with a mobile phone camera.

04

Customer

The customer is informed that the deadline for the execution of the order is approaching, or is informed of any complications (delay of the technician, etc.). After the task is completed, the customer signs the installation protocol directly on the technician's mobile phone.
