About Client

O2 is the largest operator on the Czech market. It provides voice, internet and data services to customers ranging from households to small and medium-sized companies to large corporations. O2 always offers the most modern technologies. It is currently building a fifth generation (5G) network, which was the first to launch in a real environment.

O2 is also the largest Internet provider for homes and businesses, offering it to 99% of addresses. The fixed connection works best in combination with the O2 Smart Box modem, which O2 developed in-house.

With its O2 TV service, it is the largest operator of Internet television broadcasting in the Czech Republic. O2 has purchased a number of exclusive sports rights for its customers and, thanks to this, offers the most attractive sports content on the Czech market.

Assignment

The client gradually solved its needs both in the area of Provisioning and in the area of Assurance. After the division of the companies O2 and Cetin, the SoC (Simple online Company) project took place in O2, where some systems were completely replaced and some systems underwent significant technological upgrade.

Progress of cooperation

Custom development always takes place according to the client's needs. Datalite prefers long-term cooperation, and O2 is a shining example of this. Thanks to long-term cooperation, we know the client's issues very well and I am not only a supplier, but also a partner who not only fulfills the wishes of the Customer , but is also able to help solve his and global problems. At the beginning, the customer defines his needs, which he then often details in cooperation with us. Subsequently, we create a detailed design, and after its presentation and subsequent approval by the Customer, we start development. After its completion, we system tests and then we provide support for integration and user tests in the Customer's environment. After acceptance, we provide implementation and post-implementation support.
